The NEA management service allows you and your assigned advisor to track the status of your initial and post energy inspection from the time the appointment is made to the completion of the report.

NEA’s energy evaluation enables a homeowner to quality for federal and provincial grants based on the NRCan ecoENERGY Retrofit – Homes program. Participation in this program permits homeowners to receive combined grants up to $10,000.00* for upgrading their homes. Major Lending Institutions are also offering additional current and future discount incentives for green mortgages.
